The hotel is simply excellent! The comfort level is beyond expectations and the location is perfect. The room was small but, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff is friendly, courteous, and always ready to help. The hotel's facilities are top-notch, including the onsen and restaurant. The entire experience was nothing short of amazing, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and hassle-free stay.

Sapporo Granbell Hotel is quite new, the interior design is nice and cosy. The room is larger than my expectation, compare with other business hotels in Tokyo or Osaka. The public bath room also ok and easy to access. Location of the hotel is ok as well. It was easy to take airport bus (Stand 22 at New Chitose Airport) to city and only 6 minutes walk to hotel. 7-11 convenience store is just next to the hotel. Only 5 mins walk to main shopping streets. It was a nice choice to stay in this hotel.

Perfect stay. Literally, everything was perfect. [Room] -Though room was compact, it has all we needed and was super clean. -Shower booth was small, but it some what gave the impression of private sauna. -The hotel offers room cleaning service once every other day. So we could rest fully in the morning when there was no service without being hurried to vacate the room. -But still, they emptied trash bin and gave extra towels & water bottles when we asked them to. (And the delivery was super quick) -Good air-conditioning system [Other] -Convenient store(7 eleven) is right next to the hotel. Awesome. -Good location! 5~10mins to susukino subway station. -Quiet area -Lots of good restaurants nearby

I don't normally provide feedback, but I wanted to express my appreciation for my stay at Sapporo Granbell Hotel. I stayed at four different places during this trip, and I believe this hotel offers one of the highest cost-performance ratios. The hotel is new, and the facilities are of good quality and room is typical Japanese hotel size but well equipped. Additionally, there are many excellent local restaurants in the vicinity. Last but not least, the rooftop public bath was fantastic.

We got the triple, and the room is surprisingly decent sized. The beds were slightly taller than normal, making it a perfect place to slot our luggages underneath. We all thought it is a very ingenious idea. The hotel is modern and relatively new. Locate right next to a 7-11 and a relatively quiet neighborhood. The public bath is enjoyable.

Great location , walking distance to Odori Park and next to Tanuki street. Amazing breakfast . Staff is ok. All works well : Wifi, air conditioning etc....Excellent open air bath at rooftop. English is limited to basic questions. Would not rely on any directions or informations in English, do you homework! Nice modern hotel stylish and comfortable at an affordable price. would definitely stay there again.

Good location for odori Park and shopping arcades. Onsen on top floor was very modern and clean. Lobby is very welcoming and comfy.

The onsen was excellent, both the indoor and outdoor pools. The location was perfect, right next to the pedestrian walking street, near the underground shopping, and seven blocks for teh fish market and excellent traditional sushi restaurants. The design of the rooms was efficient. The bed was good as was the shower. The staff was VERY helpful. The car parking mechanism worked fine.

Very nice room, large bed which is unusual in Japan. Room to move around the bed. Design of room was a pleasant change from the usual standard room in Japan. There were seats to sit down. The bath on 13F was really nice. Even a rotenburo, which was unexpected. Nice range of teas & coffees in the lobby.
